To maintain high testing standards and manage rising operational and transaction costs, the test fee will be revised for all test sessions held in 2027, regardless of booking date.

The fee adjustment reflects increased venue, staffing, and payment processing costs. All credit card surcharges will continue to be fully covered by us with no extra fees at checkout.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Payment of test fees is required prior to enrolment and acceptance into the exam. Your enrolment is officially accepted, and your booking is confirmed, once the test fee has been fully paid.

Please be advised of our strict policy: no refunds and no changes to test dates are permitted once your test booking has been confirmed. Refunds are not available under any circumstances, including cancellation on the day of the test or non-attendance.

Exceptions and Authorised Test Centres

While the strict no-refund and no-rescheduling policy applies as our general rule, administrative procedures may vary slightly depending on the location. For any inquiries regarding exceptional circumstances, cancellations, or rescheduling, please contact your specific Authorised Test Centre directly to confirm their individual policies.
